1. How does the chain (sprocket) conveyor improve sorting?
Each cashew rotates 1.5 to 2 times on its tray while passing through the inspection zone. This allows the system to capture 360° images from all angles, improving detection accuracy and consistent high-grade output.

2. What types of defects can it detect?
Using RGB + IR cameras, it detects color differences, mold, surface damage, cracked nuts, and other visible defects.

3. How many grades can it sort in one pass?
Up to 8 grades can be sorted in one run, including various quality levels and defect types.

4. What is the power requirement?
