Our company takes pride in manufacturing state-of-the-art pistachio sorting equipment equipped with eight output ports, enabling precise classification into eight distinct grades. These grades encompass a range of characteristics, from well-opened pistachios to those with shells exhibiting various features such as yellowing, darkening, rust spots, and more. But how does our pistachio sorting equipment achieve such accurate sorting?

Each pistachio undergoes a 360° rotation on the conveyor belt while being captured by a camera, which takes a minimum of eight images per rotation. By comparing these images with stored pistachio models, our equipment determines the grade of each pistachio. The sorted pistachios are then accurately directed to the corresponding output port for packaging. This advanced sorting technology ensures that every pistachio meets the desired quality standards, making our equipment an indispensable asset for pistachio processing businesses.

Q: How can I know your equipment suitable for our dates or not? Can you send a process video?
A: We accept dates samples and take videos during real processing, so you will have an obvious look at the effect to our dates sorting equipment. In addition, your visit to our manufacturing base is greatly recommended.
